Rey Rivas stands at the intersection of sustainable development and construction expertise, boasting 7 years of industry experience that spans both residential and commercial sectors. A proud graduate of Tulane University, Rey earned his Master of Science in Sustainable Real Estate Development in May 2023. He also holds a Bachelor of Arts in Theology & Business from Southern Nazarene University, conferred in May 2016.

As a licensed professional, Rey maintains both a Commercial License (#69001, February 2020) and a Residential License (#886618, September 2020). His commitment to sustainable building practices is further cemented by his GPRO Certification from the Urban Green Council in August 2020. Beyond academics and certifications, Rey is also an alumnus of the Goldman Sachs 10,000 Small Businesses program, having been part of Cohort 23 in August 2019.

In 2016, Rey embarked on an entrepreneurial journey, co-founding Green Terra Construction. As the company's President, he has:
